TPU composite non-woven production line

TPU multi-component cast composite material is a kind of material that will be compounded with multi-layer fabrics through multi-component step cast joint line compounding to achieve the composite of 3-5 layers of different materials, with beautiful surface moulding and different textures can be made. It has good strength, abrasion resistance and environmental protection performance, and is applied to high-strength special composite products such as air-expandable lifejackets, diving BC jackets, life rafts, hovercrafts, inflatable tents, inflatable water bags, inflatable self-expanding mattresses, massage airbags, medical protection, industrial conveyor belts, and waterproof backpacks.

This production line adopts the design of co-extrusion in the mould of two or three extruders, with special design of temperature isolation die head, the temperature of each layer can be controlled freely and independently, so as to realise the one-step co-extrusion of different materials and different process temperatures, which can satisfy the production of diversified combination of products made of various materials, and solve the limitation that the materials cannot be co-extruded at the same time due to the big difference of material properties and temperatures in the past.
