LVT flooring equipment

LVT flooring product performance introduction:

    1. LVT floors are impact resistant and acoustic, they can be heated naturally or can be used for underfloor heating.

    2. LVT is moisture resistant and can be used in wet rooms such as kitchens or bathrooms.

Typically, LVT floors are available in thicknesses ranging from 2 to 5 mm and can be manufactured in a variety of sizes identical to commercially available timber fibre laminates and can be connected using a single-click system.LVT floors are usually made up of a highly-filled core layer (usually an integrated fibreglass mat), a decorative membrane and a wear layer. The glass fibre mat provides the strength and dimensional stability of the floor, while the entire core layer gives the floor its flatness and impact sound insulation. In order to obtain thick boards with high density and mass, PVC sheets have a mineral addition of up to 60 to 70 per cent. Decorative films are laminated to the thick sheets to achieve the desired design, and the products can be covered with wear-resistant layers of varying thicknesses depending on the application.
