Extrusion (film lamination) laminating equipment production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
Extrusion System: The extrusion system is used to melt plastic granules into film. The extrusion system usually consists of an extruder, die head and extrusion rollers. The extruder melts the plastic granules into a molten state by heating and rotation of the screw and then extrudes the molten plastic into film through the extrusion outlet of the die head. The extrusion rollers are used to adjust the parameters such as thickness and width of the film.
Laminating System: The laminating system is used to evenly coat the extruded film with the material to be coated. A lamination system usually consists of a hopper, pump, roller and coating knife. The hopper is used to store the material to be coated, the pump pumps the material into the drum, the drum rotates to coat the material evenly on the extruded film, and the coating knife is used to adjust the coating thickness.
Cooling System: The cooling system is used to cool and cure the extruded film. The cooling system usually consists of cooling rollers and cooling fans. The cooling rollers remove heat from the film by conduction and the cooling fans accelerate the cooling by blowing air on the film.
Winding System: The winding system is used to wind the extruded film into rolls. The winding system usually consists of a winding roll and a winding mechanism. The rollers rotate to roll up the film and the winding mechanism is used to adjust parameters such as roll tension and width.
Control system: The control system is used to control the working parameters and running status of each part of the extrusion (film lamination) laminating equipment production line. The control system usually consists of PLC controller, touch screen and sensors.
