Definition of BSR Biodegradable Plastic:

BSR is a natural polymer resin material with thermoplasticity obtained by taking plant fibres (such as: corn, wheat, grain, bean seedlings, cotton, bamboo, wood, hemp, etc.) and starch from straw, which is a renewable agricultural waste resource in the current year, as the main raw materials, and making them with thermoplasticity through special technology and process, and extruding them with the reaction of other biodegradable auxiliary materials in the twin-screw continuous reactor - ----BSR. 

Second, raw material processing characteristics:

PLA polylactic acid\starch-based biodegradable materials have better processing performance and can be applied to traditional extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding and other processing methods. However, due to the unique molecular structure of PLA, its viscosity number will decrease rapidly with the increase of temperature during processing, and at the same time, it triggers problems such as decrease of melt strength, melt rupture, relaxation, and decrease of yield. These problems are particularly prominent in processes that require melt strength, such as sheet extrusion, moulding processes, and foaming.
