Applicable laminating substrates cover film, non-woven fabric, pearl cotton, foam rolls, textiles, needle punched cloth, spunlace cloth, etc. Through single machine, double machine, multi-machine and single layer/co-extrusion, preheating, pre-coating, laminating and other optional functions, it can meet the wide range of needs in the field of car decoration, car coat, carpet, floor mat, car and boat functional materials.

The equipment can choose single-layer/multi-layer co-extrusion/embossing and perforation processes according to the product structure, and can also be equipped with automatic raw material metering and dosage system, corona system, defect detection, online thickness measurement, fully automatic adjustment of moulds, online slitting, unloading rolls and weighing, and remote maintenance system and other functional parts.
