PVC foam plate production line

The production line of PVC skin foam, semi-skin foam and co-extrusion core layer foam plate is composed of special conical twinscrew extruder, plate mold, calibration unit (three rollers) and auxiliary machine. PVC free foam board is also known as chaffer board and Andy board. Its chemical composition is polyvinyl chloride. PVC free 

foam board surface hardness is general. Its chemical property is stable, and has acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion 

resistance, heat insulation. Widely used in advertising board, mounted board, screen printing, carving and so on.

PVC building template production line uses PVC waste plastic and wood powder, calcium carbonate and other fillers, through 

extrusion process to produce plastic building template. It is a new type of template to replace steel template and bamboo 

rubber board. PVC wood-plastic building formwork has many advantages such as low cost, light weight and reusable. Wasted

 template can also be crushed and reused. The use method of PVC building template is the same as that of wood template. Due

 to its plastic material and special production technology, the recycling times of PVC building template can be as high as 30 

times. Moreover, completely discarded boards can still be recycled and processed into brand new building template.
